Now Hiring - Inside Sales Representative in Franklin, NJ

For 35 years Alpha Professional Tools has been a leading manufacturer of Tools and Accessories for the Stone, Tile and Hardscape industries. Alpha is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will make a positive impact on our future growth and success.

This candidate will build trust and cultivate business relationships with existing and new customers, while educating and selling products, services and value to ensure common, successful goals are achieved.

Source new sales opportunities through leads, follow-up and outbound cold calls and e-mails.

Understand customer needs and requirements.

Maintain and expand a database of prospects within an assigned territory.

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Outside Sales Rep for further development and closure.

Strong listening skills and strong phone presence essential.

Computer proficient including SalesNow Software or similar CRM experience.

Experience in the Stone, Tile or Hardscape industry a definite plus.
